1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SchoolSync Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

SchoolSync Pro is a comprehensive school management software that provides:

  • Financial management and fee tracking
  • Communication portal

3. User Accounts

To use SchoolSync Pro, you must:

Accounts are role-specific (Admin, Teacher, Student) with different access levels.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No refunds for partial periods or unused services
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled 30 days before renewal
  • Price changes communicated 30 days in advance

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Request by law enforcement
  • Unexpected technical or security issues

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebSpeed be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, arising from:
